        I find it very difficult to give it one star and any positive feedback given the lack of customer service like even the open close times dont tell customers its closed between 1pm and 1:30pm please note its not the staff who try and be helpful but the managers who couldnt run a bath come on, people are Ill and shouldnt have to face the type of shocking service that boots offer we need another pharmacy to bring in a choice because both branches in Whitburn are the same id hate to be a staff member dealing with the situation of poor management in their workplace

        I call Pharmacy today to help review my long term medication. They were amazing the lady was able to go through all my meds and help me understand the best time of day to take them. Which ones I should avoid taking at the same time. Thank you so much!

        Long delays que outside in all weather's told on phone script is ready and it s not .blame health centre for receiving prescriptions late .none or unreliable non existent delivery
