Wallace Opticians

I got my eyes tested years ago with this optician and I thought this is the best eye test that I have ever had. Been to other opticians then went back to Wallace last week for an eye test and wonder why I went elsewhere. They are still the best.

I had a very good experience here after a disaster at specsavers. I would highly recommend this optician. The staff did everything they could to help me and were very knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of glasses to pick from.

They are not willing to help me at all and they showed the door to me and said bye. There attitude is shocking towards me. They don't even care about my eye sight as every time I say something positive They just say won't work or waste of time. I asked them about Dr William bates a professional eye doctor in early 1900s and they say won't work as that is the doctor who developed the Bates method and told people to get rid of glasses and get 2020 vision. I feel they want my eyes to get worse and now I'm never going into this place again. Very bad people!

Excellent service and great range of glasses. Alan was very friendly and took time to explain the health of my eyes and prescription. Highly recommend.

Just been for a contact lens trial. Alan, the new owner, couldnt haven nicer! He was patient, friendly and took time to explain each step, resulting in a very positive experience. Im impressed with the level of aftercare service that is offered too. Thank you!
