        Trying to steal my parcel ! I have gone in with the correct information and the shop is saying there's an issue with the QR code . So they can't give me my parcel and instead get to keep it. Any excuse to keep parcels obviously! Theft! Avoid sending parcels to this thief !

        Guy being very pedantic about ID had the barcode and the same last name but apparently he needed to see wife's ID too, bad attitude, told us to shop elsewhere, when we explained that having the same last name same address and the barcode should suffice as proof of ownership. Made a point of buying stuff when we picked up packages but will never be in the shop again.
