Adigo Care

Great carers (with odd exception), rotten management in Hamilton branch. 'Service Users' are just another number to management. Dad left heartbroken after being essentially dropped by Adigo because we had the audacity to complain about one carer. We have video/audio footage and screenshots to back us up as proof of our complaint. Other service users, who were in hospital longer, had slots kept open at the manager's discretion. Thank you to our wonderful regular carers and other helpful office staff and the carers who sometimes came in to cover.

Can't thank mum's carers enough for the loving care and support they gave her and the family over the last several months. She was a real character and stubborn to the last, but loved Christine, Callum & Ilona to bits and shared lots of laughs and tears everyday. She'll be sadly missed by us all everyday xxx

This care company should be shut. The manager Sams is a liability. Rude and unprofessional. Complaints upheld with care commision and sees this as a badge of honour. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Trust me. A person on their own is in serious risk of harm if this company continues to operate.

No continuity for last year. Arrival times 3hr window. Carers differ in abilities and office staff lack in customer service.

Absolute terrible company. Only been caring for my dad since February with my dad having a brain injury and multiple times not sticking to times etc for pills and tonight being the final draw with one carer dropping his pills twice on the floor and then continuing to give him them appearing hungover and then my dad making a joke to her she then walks out saying he threatened her knowing fine well that it was a joke. This has now left my dad who is wheelchair bound having to struggle to find an emergency care assistant to assist him into bed. Forgot to add they alert emergency care had to fix his bag since this care company didnt put it on correct leaving my dad soaking for multiple hours.!! Out of order. (Hamilton based)
