A few weeks ago, my check engine light came on , after googling a few things I realised its probably my oil , so I picked up the correct oil and attempted to bad bish and do it myself , after 20 minutes of watching you tube tutorials I realised not for me , I was panicking thinking my car would break down before I got to the garage , once I got there , the manager was super sweet , they were inundated with vehicles and I was very stressed asking if they would be able to put oil in my car as well screen wash , he said absolutely, he told me to drive the car into lot , there was no spaces due to then being so busy so I abandoned it in the middle of the lot, the manager was so sweet and so was the mechanic working on my car , they made me feel at ease and not so silly for asking for help, they showed me exactly what to do without making me feel like some dumb women, they even had to use another 4litres of their own oil to top it up as I had only jus bought a litre . They understood the assignment , giving amazing customer service , and taught me what to do if it happened again. Will definitely be back. Service: Engine repair

Just simple advice dont use them ,I took my car to replace brakes bads and ended with bigger electric problems after they touch my car as my hand brake stopped working and I was very upset from what happened they wanted me to the car again for an electrician but I refused because they not professional and not honest as on my car they said that they changed the part and when I see it it wasnt changed as I marked the old part ,they caused problems in car until they get more money of you as car owners,a very young boy not an electrician or mechanic let him learn on other people cars without as supervision???? And more to talk but they dont worth,and Im not fishing with them regarding the issue they caused to my car and the cost???simply the worse garage I ever been Service: Auto brake replacement

They got the job done , bit disappointed, after repair got car back with a gear oil leak , which we didn't have when the car went in , they had took the gbox out to fix our Slave cylinder, oor clutch pedal had dropped to the floor, they put it all back together with a new dual mass flywheel clutch plate kit new slave cylinder , back at our home went out in the morning , to put the front underneath engine cover back on and found a pool of oil , it was coming from the drive shaft oil seal , and when I took it back down I was charged for the oil seal replacement , I asked why it was not a replacement item at the 1st repair , the guy there said it was an old seal , It would have been better if the seal had been changed along with any perishable or obvious needed replacement sundries when they had it out to start with , charged us another 62 to sort it when it was in again , anyhow its back working again fingers crossed .
