It's taken me a while to be able to write this. It's not a review you ever want to be able to leave. Thank you Alex and team for your kindness, gentle approach and support after the sudden loss of my beautiful cow cat Skye. Leaving her was the hardest thing to do, but I felt comfortable that she would be looked after and chatted to and held carefully into her final journey across rainbow bridge so I could bring her home.

I'm so glad I chose to have Alex look after my cat after he passed, she was amazing from start to finish, very compassionate. I got my boy back quickly and it was a lovely way to receive him with the lovely note from the business. Thank you so much

My wee Bella died on Tuesday 7th March. We had Becky a vet come out to the house from Cloud9 vets and she was so understanding and amazing with Bella. Alex from ICare Pet Crem waited outside until we were ready to let Bella go. He was so understanding and he handled Bella so gently that It put me at peace knowing that I had done the right thing. I received her ashes back today and she was beautifully presented in a lovely cardboard tube with trees on it and her name on the top of it, inside the bag with her was a wee candle and candle holder, a packet of Forget Me Not seeds and a beautiful wee frame that when you held it up to the light you could see her fur . I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything Alex and staff

Absolutely professional and caring from start to finish. Such tenderness and understanding when in time of grief. Loved the Premises, beautiful and comforting inside. Staff fantastic. Thank you for taking care of my Sooty.
