Always receive 5 star service. Alison has been my dentist since childhood and always makes me feel at ease. I recently had emergency dental treatment with one of the other dentists within the practice and really happy to say he was great, brilliant communication throughout the treatment and very knowledgeable information given.

Had to pay in advance cause I missed a previous appointment, that was on me, I am happy with that as the money went off my bill, but I got a Check up and a scale and polish in one day, thank you guys so much, merry Christmas to you all.

I have been attending this clinic for decades. Every member of staff is experienced, friendly, professional and highly competent, whether a dentist, nurse, hygienist or receptionist. On one occasion I turned up having suddenly become unwell during the drive there, and had no option but to turn around and go home, and was treated with nothing but kindness.

Been with this dentist for years now and never had a problem. Have fears of the dentist and always been made to feel comfortable and calm. Genuinely forgot I had an appointment today as this had taken so long for them to book me in, I had another appointment elsewhere that was important and forgot to call in to cancel. Now they want to charge me, ridiculous when every appointment I have had in the last 2 months they have made me stand outside for anything up to 45 minutes after my appointment was due. Its ok for them to be late every time but when you miss one appointment they want 20. Terrible
