Amazing 5 service. Fantastic driving from our friendly helpful driver. Trip went smoothly with no issues, very reasonable and competitive price will definitely use hays for any further bookings.

Would NOT recommend. Many emails not replied too and had to chase up and then threatened to not have any coaches for my wedding 3 weeks before (there was miscommunication but felt this was a threat to make more money) It wasn't until I was on the phone to Tom's mum in tears that things were resolved. Bus was also 30 minutes late in one of the coldest days in April to which the coach driver replied "so what, I'll still get you there". It was said on their website that they could give log in details to track buses but was told it wasn't an option for us a week before. Very rude and unpleasant experience from start to finish. (There seems to also been reviews deleted as they weren't even 5/5 stars when we booked in 2020 ) **EDIT: It wont let me reply to the comment bow so this is my reply to the comment below....H Yes there is a few things I would disagree with in your reply but I don't feel like its worth going back and forth, however I will write this to back up my review; When we very first spoke you advised me to book for the maximum number of guests we thought we would have and you said it could be easily decreased and the price would honour the lesser numbers. 4 weeks before the wedding it turned out I was only 2 guests above the numbers for 1 coach so I thought it would make sense to drop to 1 coach rather than 2 and pay for a taxi for those 2 guests. This ended up being very stressful as you were happy to drop to 1 coach, but not change the price and then when I stated I would just keep the 2 buses as originally quoted for that price I was told "your bus has already been reallocated" (even though this was only about 20 minutes later) Yes - Emails got answered. Eventually. But usually I would have to send 2 or 3, then eventually phone to get a reply. The only reason I would email was to get a paper trail of what we discussed but the only time you answered within 2weeks was to tell me I no longer had a bus and refused to honor the price for the less buses until I was crying to your mum. As for the driver on the day, I was not there so cannot comment 100% - but for my guests to tell me *on my wedding night* that the driver was very rude, I can't imagine they would say that for no reason. Lastly I find it strange that you are now higher rating than when i booked (March 2020). Your star rating on Google was only 3.8 but it seems all negative reviews are now gone I appreciate you getting my guests there safely and the price was incredible compared to what it would be if I booked now (i booked in 2020) but I am allowed to give my honest feedback of what was a very stressful experience.

Used these guys for my wedding last weekend. Tom was an absolute gentleman and a delight to deal with. Guests had nothing but positive things to say about the trip. Definitely reccomend!

We used Hays coaches to get our guests too and from our wedding. The service was spot on and the driver didn't even complain about having to round everyone up! Even dropping off a few who were at another hotel and struggling for taxis!!! 10 out of 10
