I cant complain about the work that has been done, but the job wasnt finished and ive had additional leaks. I paid my deposit in August, its nearly November and im still chasing!!
Over 10 times James agreed dates/times and failed to arrive, everytime i had to chase him, so any talk of a guarantee is nonsense.
My driveway and garden has been left with wood, tiles and nails all over it - Ive had to hire a skip and clear it myself.
James seems to be a nice guy, but i cannot recommend anyone who is that unreliable from the reviews, it seems im not the only person who had the same problem. BEWARE.
