Have used West Lothian Roofing for over 5 years for a variety of jobs, from fully replacing a slate roof to roughcasting and most recently having a new gutter installed. I have always found Dean, William and their guys friendly, professional, punctual and they complete the jobs to a high standard. Got two roofs done by this company, work was sub-standard, failed to carry out remedial repairs to both properties, have tried phoning, messaging and face to face and just keep getting broken promises and lame excuses, looks like I will have to go else where to get the two roofs fixed as this has now being on for a year and cant keep going on like this as there is more damage to the properties than there was before I got them to replace my roofs, yet again I never received a receipt for one of the properties so have no warranty and cant prove to my house insurer that the work was done legally. My parents contacted this company to see if someone could come to check out a leak on their roof and the guy said hed come the following day. He didnt show up and when they tried to call him they got no answer and no call backs. They waited in all day for him and he didnt even have the decency to let them know he couldnt make it. Very unprofessional.
