Reception, nurses and GPs are on the ball. Amazing care and service. Called at 10, appt at 1 and prescription picked up by 2pm. Thank you so much. Just talk to them and LISTEN. GP practices and staff are getting a hard time while doing amazing job when NHS continues to be underfunded.

Every time I phoned I got help. Im feel a bit akward when I need to tell to the receptionist my problem as it should be confidential with the doctor but even that still give 5 stars as I got help all the time I've been phoning, about the doctors... they always help me in their best way and tot the right treatment or making appointments for x ray or scan in the same day. Doctors are the best! The system of receptionist need to be changed somehow as we don't need to tell to the receptionist about our health issues.

Diabetic just moved to the area, out of a two page repeat prescription only 4 items were put on my prescription for here, leaving out a vital item necessary for administering vital medication, when I requested the item (insulin pen needles) it was rejected twice. Still currently fighting to get the rest of my medication added back onto my repeat prescription whilst trying to avoid needing hospitalised due to not being able to take my insulin.

no problem at all with ashgrove group practice and im a nightmare .Reception staff work very hard .not a easy job with hundreds of calls per day .doctors are the best i have seen ,very understanding of my problems .big thank you from me .keep up the good work guys , Rachel parker .john lavery , dr black and reception staff have been so kind to me helping with my problems
