        I'm a florist and have contact with many funeral directors. When I lost my mum Freda last August I didn't hesitate to contact Lorraine. Huge thank you Lorraine Brian and Charlie I couldn't have got through the process or that day without you. Everything was perfect as my mum was to me Frank and my boys . Most excellent empathy and perfection I can't thank you all enough. Xx
