My son started with Lesley after having a tumour removed and suffering a stroke . We met Lesley in January who had him up walking and using his right arm , Sarah then came in and works with him on his posture, core strength through Pilates . Connor sees him to work on his arm strength in the gym. We cannot recommend Spear enough , they have literally given this young lad back his life by working really hard , giving him homework and encouragement they give has helped him succeed. There is always a friendly welcome as soon as you walk in the door , so Thankyou to everyone in reception too . Its been a life changing experience for him and you have made it hard work , tough ,fun and challenged him so he is able to walk with great posture . I will always remember Lesley saying there not obstacles but solutions and she was so right . We have been on an incredible journey this past 10 months with Spear and really cant thank , praise their hard work , dedication , person centred work enough .
