Absolute incompetence. Got flu jab booked, got it cancelled and moved by a week. Turn up week later ... waiting with others only to find out that pharmacist just started a meeting with management which supposed to happen yesterday and nobody know how long will it take... gross lack of professionalism..avoid is my advise

They ask for 20minutes to do each prescription. Even if it's just 1 item it takes 20mins & add that time to the 10-15min wait in queue which as u guessed there always is one. Avoid at all costs.....

Just poorly organised. Its an amazing shop everything you need but I wouldnt bother. you will be there 45 mins in the queue. prescriptions are dispensed at the same till. Its just ridiculous.

Slow, been told to wait 10, waited 30 mins and to be told they got the wrong name and waited longer... very slow staff and service..

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Prescription processed on 4th August (confirmed by doctor surgery), eventually made it to the pharmacy on 8th August to find that they had not even processed it. I made 36 phone calls between 4th and 8th August - no answer. They now have a doorman with a minimum duration of 45 mins to queue outside. He was turning people away 20/25 minutes before the closing time of 6pm....if you work you'll not be able to get your prescription.
