        Pitcairn lodge has a lot of bad qualities, the standard of care is not what it should be residents are left on the toilet longer than they should be , they dont always have access to their buzzer. If residents do buzz for the toilet the carers are not always happy to answer and take forever to answer. Some residents are left in there night ware all day. The residents don't get to choice what they want at fly cup time, the carers lack manners and respect to the residents and visitors. You hardly ever see any of the staff nurses or carers. Residents are left in day room. The list goes on and on. I certainly would not recommend this care home certainly not worth paying almost 1000 a week.
