        Requested a quote for laying engineered wood flooring and amtico as a comparison. Took about 5 weeks to get a quote after chasing for an update 3 times. Each time was given the excuse that the guy who took measurements had not passed these onto the sales team even though phones were invented some time ago.finally received a quote but only for amtico and not the wood flooring which we were really looking at. All in all a very disappointing experience - wouldnt recommend.
