Abercrombie Dental Practice

AVOID THIS DENTIST - for a start the receptionists have no idea what they are doing. The phone calls were painful. I've never had to repeat myself so many times.... Car broke down had to cancel my appointment and they charging 200 for it. Absolutely ludacris. Then cancelled my appointment that I had rebooked and said they need payment of this 200 in full. An absolute joke and a real black mark on the dentistry trade - common robbery. So now I'm still in pain dentist knows this... and told them I don't have the 200 right now to be told I'll have to find another dentist. I hope everyone who thinks about going here reads this and pivots away. Don't give these tyrants any of your

As someone who was pretty nervous about having dental work done I can honestly say I've never felt as comfortable as I have here. Very considerate dentist and professionally run practice. When I cracked my tooth they saw me very quickly and for a fair price too.

I required an emergency appointment due to an abscess in a lower molar... nightmare! My usual dentist Craig was on holiday, so I was given an appointment the same day with Antonios... what a guy!... what a dentist! Antonios & his lovely assistant Nelly both voluntarily stayed on late to remove the offending tooth. A potentially difficult extraction, everything was meticulously explained & expertly executed.. painlessly. Antonios is a very skilled dentist, gentle, with a pleasant nature & a good sense of humour. Overall, Abercrombie is the best dental practice I've had to date... & I've lived in many different locations. Absolute 5 Star service... the detractors on this review forum need a reality check! Antonios... I salute you!

I cracked a tooth in the back of my mouth and went to see what they could do.. the work I needed done was to basically replace the crown that had came out. For some reason when I showed the dentist Antonio the massive crack and the missing part of my tooth which was clear to see, he decided to start hitting the rest of my teeth with the handle end of his mental hand tool to try and figure out which tooth was the sore one. Personally I thought this was absolutely bizarre and didnt see the need for this during a time of discomfort and also when it was blatantly obvious which tooth was the sore one ... id shown him already and also because half of the tooth was missing so youd think hed have a good idea. To then compound matters further Antonio asked if he could pull the healthy tooth out completely. At this point I decided to get out of the chair and head home to find another Dentist. Ive been to many Dentists both in Aberdeen & abroad and I can say that this is 200% the worst dentist Ive ever been too.
