Excellent service from Ian at Amber Computer Solutions. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I needed photos/data removed to a usb stick from my very old laptop and the hard drive wiped. Ian also installed Windows 10 on the laptop and Google drive on my tablet. He gave me good advice regarding changing my mobile phone. All done efficiently and quickly. I will recommend Ian to friends and family and know where to go for help in future.

Ian was amazing! We had multiple problems with our pc - AVG antivirus interacting badly with Windows 10 and many other issues. Ian has made the computer like brand new again - and so much faster now that all the garbage has been cleaned! Very highly recommended to all. Thank you Ian - we'll be back! Julie & Keith Ian was brilliant, once again - 31.2.2021. He has oodles of patience and understanding. I cannot recommend Ian more highly - in these uncertain times, when hackers and scammers are so prevalent - Ian is professional, extremely trustworthy, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have any problems with your pc, laptops, tablets, mobiles etc etc, have full confidence in Ian's ability to sort things out for you, no matter how big a challenge. Ian solved my problem quickly and efficiently . My computer knowledge is very limited and he was very patient and discussed things in a manner I could understand. Next time when something goes wrong I will not stress out for a couple of days but will get in touch immediately.
