Beyond a joke how badly run this pharmacy is. Even when they're empty it's still 20 minutes for a prescription. The staff could care less about helping you and they will never volunteer that an over the counter drug can be claimed for free under the NHS. Even the doctors next door recommend you don't go there. Compare it to the Kemnay pharmacy and it's like chalk and cheese.

Staff make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. They recently turned me away with my poorly child who was clearly distressed and needing to start steroids ASAP. Was told they're closing early and don't get paid beyond that time. I pleaded with pharmacist but she would not budge. Then today I turned up at 12.30 and was the only customer to be told they wouldn't do my prescription till after 2pm. I don't understand the problem it literally takes minutes to pop a label on the antibiotics box. I had to then drive to Kingswells who couldn't have been more helpful and I was in and out in minutes. Lloyds you are a disgrace and your Staff are not a credit to you. The sooner we see the back of them the better.

Very annoyed to find the pharmacy closed today with no explanation, simply a handwritten sign on the door. Another pharmacy will not help me collect a prescription. Very poor business practice.

Every time you go in your item is never ready and told to come back despite going in a week after ordered

Very poor service! Long waiting times with no chairs at all.. avid this place if possible!!!
