        Highly recommend Frances. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Got us a brilliant all inclusive holiday for a fantastic price but unfortunately due to covid the holiday was cancelled but within 2 weeks we had a full refund back in the bank 100% recommend Frances and will most definitely be booking with her again when it's safe to travel again
