      • Very Disappointed

        The sales and delivery is very good but the after services is shocking. Windows coming away from the sides. Called several times and eventually they come and took photos and said they would be back. Called numerous times, text and emailed and there was always an excuse. Called every second day for a time and still no response. Eventually gave up. Would not recommend. Having to get someone else to sort the problem. Very disappointed, once they have your money they have no after service. Avoid and go else whereView less

        Absolutely fantastic company from beginning to end. Friendly and informative on site when we were choosing our cabin. I received emails and phonecalls on the progress of our cabin, from the lovely Paula. When our cabin was ready for delivery and we were not prepared to receive it, they held it for a further 2 weeks. An item was damaged and same day Steve delivered a brand new replacement for it. Not only did he come see our progress with the cabin, when he delivered the replacement, but he helped us fix windows we had placed incorrectly and gave us some great tips and instructions to complete the log cabin. (As we were building it ourselves.) We are looking to buy another in future and will definitely be using Forest Log Cabins. Cannot recommend them enough.

        Very good choice of cabins. Made in Germany and there is a bit of a wait for delivery at the moment but would be worth the wait.
