I contacted Elite Roofing to get to the bottom of some water ingress we were experiencing. Andrew was quick to respond with a reassuring empathy for our situation. He visited our property to assess the leak within a day or two and came up with a best course of action. He was transparent throughout, and the work was very fairly priced and carried out in excellent time. I used Andrew after noticing slipped tiles and a leak coming from my roof through my chimney. From start to finish he was fantastic. Andrews communication, professional manner and knowledge were brilliant. He came when he said he would, he made sure he explained everything to me, and I felt for the job he did his pricing was more than reasonable. Used Andrew's services on two separate properties. The first was to repair cracked harling due to age and paint both sides of a terraced house, the second to colour match and paint all woodwork soffits following upgraded window replacement and also to carry out remedial roof repairs. Quoted fairly and promptly, seemed professional and knowledgeable so agreed for Andrew to undertake work. This was back in May. It is now November, almost winter, and the work has yet to commence, thus my property remains vulnerable to water ingress. The one time I was successful in getting Andrew on the phone (in September) he reluctantly admitted that he had taken on too much work and had employed substandard help and thus had got himself into a rut. Promised my work would be prioritised but again didn't show and has since stopped replying to emails or answering calls. To make matters worse I paid Andrew a sizeable deposit, which I will now have to pursue, most likely through a lengthy court process. Dishonest, unreliable and borderline criminal.
