        It is a rail station but there is nothing here but a platform and an intercom if you need advice. You can shelter from the rain.

        The station buildings in Plockton are in very good condition. It is about a twenty minute walk to the village you pass an Open Air Church on the left and the war memorial on the right. It is worth visiting these to get a sense of the history of Plockton. Trains are reasonably on any given day. The Kyle Line is one of the most scenic railway journeys anywhere. At the time of my visit we were still required to wear masks on the train. I enjoyed my trip and visit to Plockton, it was a great journey.
