        Rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. He asked for a location, I gave him our address, he asked fur the location again which I told him it was 2 miles south of Gairloch and offered the postcode. "the postcode doesn't tell me where it is does it" and then he hung up. A truly awful man and after having to cancel our table, the lady we spoke to gave a clear impression he's an absolute embarrassment to his community. Local business are losing out on business because this man cannot be bothered to do his job.

        Called today to help out with an issue getting people from inverewe gardens, gave me price for 2 runs one after the other. Phoned straight back to book, wouldnt have had time to take another call only to told will be out for 30 mins. Obviously not wanting good cash business.
