Even if the only thing good to say about Eagle Rock was the view you may enjoy while having your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine, it would be enough. But that isn't the only good thing to say, and the rest would take too long to write out properly. 100/10 highly recommend.

We rented Eaglerock for a few birthday celebrations. This magical place exceeded our expectations. Catherine, our host, is not only very knowledgeable about the area but she is also magical! The house was clean, comfortable and had every amenity you could ask for. Do yourself a favor and request Gerry the chef. His menus and cooking were superb and it will free up your time to enjoy Eaglerock and the surrounding area. We all had a blast. Thank you Catherine and Gerry. Run don't walk ....book this special house!!

I loved my stay at Eagle Rock in Apple across. I stayed in the stunning master bedroom that felt fit for a Viking Queen with its private bathroom and separate room for showering, bathtub included! The views from not only the bedroom but the whole house are of the stunning Loch and it is simply breathtaking. Our chef Gerry was kind, funny and accommodating and I felt very privileged to have him preparing our meals and answering all my questions. The owner of the establishment also acted as our tour guide around Apple Cross and I loved learning every little tidbit of trivia about the ancient landmarks, geology, and celtic ancestry of The Highlands. The owner even took us Wild Swimming in the mornings, after which we often liked to relax in the hot tub to reward ourselves while we sipped our breakfast coffee. I found my overall experience at Eagle Rock luxurious, authentic, accommodating, poignant, and even spiritual. I highly highly recommend this location for your Highland stay
