Best scallops I've ever had. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Skye. The flavor is just phenomenal!

Seriously these are a word class amazing product. I cannot explain in words just how sweet and fat and juicy they are. Cauliflower and smoked bacon puree went so well with them. I wish skye was nearer to where I live.

You can call or message them on Facebook to reserve scallops (few days in advance) if you're coming to skye! It's 2 pounds per scallop. They will give you written instructions on how to shuck and cook them as well. Do bring your own plastic bag or container as they give it to you in a netting. It's well worth the effort, really fat and sweet
