We didnt eat at the restaurant but we were lucky enough to have Rupert come and cook for us for our wedding. It was an absolutely amazing display of chef work with a 5 course menu which highlighted the west coasts spectacular produce. Each course was extremely well thought through and we couldnt have asked for a better wedding meal. Rupert is also a genuinely lovely bloke who is passionate about serving what is local and at its very best. Cant wait to stop by at the Gorse Bush at the next opportunity.
