I add this rating, due to the fact that Skye Highland Adventures is not honest, after promising us to refund the money for a canceled tour (by them). My wife wrote a rating three weeks ago and gave only one star, due to our problems. Skye Highland adventure replied to this rating and promised to get in contact with us to refund the money. Till now they didn't contacted us. We still wait for the refund. They have all our contact data (email, phone...) I unfortunately can't say something to their tours, but the behavior with customer problems is dishonest and not to recommend. --------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT after answer from Skye Highland Adv.: You see my name here and the name of my wife. This is the same name as it is on the order confirmation. Order number 1351. We send you multiple emails and WhatsApp's on this topic. We only received an answer once, weeks ago. In that you stated that you will refund. After that, we received nothing. Please stop playing, that you want to solve this problem. If you want to solve it, please take a look in the order 1351 and use the email that is written there. If you need again our bank account, please let us know.

We booked online a Canyoning Tour in August. We got the Email with the order confirmation right away. But when we got to the meeting point on time there was nobody. I checked the date and location, everything was right. We waited for 45 minutes and tried to call the company but could only leave a message at the mailbox. We also texted (WhatsApp), but nobody answered also the message was received. Then we left and dropped by the office at Balmacara, but it was also closed. Later we wrote an email but it took the company 4 days to answer just to tell me that they needed more information to check everything. Then I wrote back right away with all information but until today (6 weeks later) they did not answer or refund the tour also I wrote them again. I would highly recommend NOT to book a tour of this company. They left us without a guide. There was no way to contact them. We wasted a whole day of our vacations on Skye, put me in a very bad mood during our vacations until now and we lost 138. Over a week later (Oct. 18th): Since this company continues not to answer my mails and messages, I have to communicate this in public (since this seems to be a way to make them react...): You wrote on your answer to my post (only a few hours later...) that you will investigate, refund and send a ticket for a free day out. But nothing happens: I am still waiting for the refund. Although I wrote you a mail and a message with all the booking details again and my bank details. Keep your ticket for the free day. But refund me finally. What is wrong with you? Start acting like a serious company! That would really make me happy...

A group of 6 of us went Canyoning on Skye with Skye Highland Adventures at the beginning of May 2022. Our group had so much fun we are still talking about it months after! We took four different go pro's worth of footage and are also still going through it all because it was so beautiful and so much fun! Personally, I was really surprised at what we were able to do. It was like being transported into another world. Dougo, Matto and Jono were so much fun and such great guides! They kept us laughing and smiling and encouraged us the whole way! Thank you guys for an incredible adventure in a beautiful place!!!
