AKA PHIL, Andrea, Joan &Norman. this place is just magical. Yes the location is fantastic, the views spectacular but the cottage is just so special. Warm, comfortable and utterly charming. The owners are wonderfully welcoming and happy to help point you in the direction of the local attractions should you need. It was a long drive for us but worth every moment of travel. We all loved Saraig...a lovely cosy characterful cottage..but very spacious and tastefully modernized . The location on the edge of Loch Duich and looking towards The Five Sisters of Kintail is absolutely stunning. Paula the owner was extremely helpful and was readily available to solve any issues both prior and during our stay. There is also plenty of local Scottish wildlife on offer both in the garden and around the loch.We would highly recommend Saraig and hope to return ourselves one day.

Wonderful isolated cottage right at the edge of Loch Duich. All bedrooms are amazing but the room on the second floor is phenomenal with amazing views and a telescope. All the rooms are cozy but spacious. Pretty much every night pinemartins come to the window and badgers come to the garden if you put peanuts in the garden (all peanuts and seeds are provided). Also a variety of small birds will come to the window if you put the seeds provided on the windowsill and in the bird feeders. The Loch is cold but good to swim in if you have a wetsuit. And in the Loch we saw seal heads popping up almost daily. You have wonderful views of mountains. The owners Paula and Rob are very helpful and friendly aswell. Would 100% recommend coming here if your looking for a quite, wonderful and full of nature holiday!
