Excellent customer service. There was a small mix up in the pick up date for my order and although my order was small, just a bunch of baby's breath, Donald went above and beyond, he reached out to another one of my vendors that he was familiar with and made arrangements for them to grab it on their way to us in Isle of Skye.. just in time for our elopement!

Nothing but praise. Despite the fact that half my job back in the states is eradicating thistle, the bouquet was beautiful, my wife didn't want to set it down for days. Service was wonderful, so quick in and out that I turned my back for a second and suddenly our marquee had sprang to life. Also very easy to deal with on the phone, made dealing with overseas payments as painless as possible. Well done, and thank you for breathing life into our special day.
