Love this cottage. Perfect setting on the shore of Lochcarron with stunning views. Lovely comfortable cottage with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door and the large enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. Lots of lovely walks nearby for every level of walker. The local shop is the best stocked small shop we've found on any of our holidays so you don't need to worry about taking everything with you.

We had a mixed experience at harbour cottage. Pros: stunning location, lots to do in the local area, nice garden area, right on the shoreline, classic cottage feel, nice dining area. Cons: heating was a nightmare so we were too cold for the first 3 nights (aga is temperamental), some of the furnishings are quite tired, electricity is still pay as you use and you have to top it up (cost us an additional 20-30), the twin room is pretty tight for space. I am sure it is great for some guests but for a couple with a young child on a cold Easter week it wasn't our best choice of cottage ever.
