We visited today after a recommendation from the orkney folklore and storytelling Centre. The site is a chance to view an Orkney farm as it was prior to the 1950s. There is part of the farm from the 1950s that also remains untouched. The guide was very welcoming. The visit took us about 40 minutes whilst we looked around at everything. The cobble stones were quite slippy so be sure to wear good shoes.
