I first found Alison Moore when we rented a cottage across from her shop in Dounby 8 years ago. I've been back at every opportunity since buying at first silver stacking rings which I can mix and match every colour with every outfit I have. Now I'm into Alison's gold jewelry too I never fail to come out with more than one, or two, pieces. After bending an earring post I took it to a working jeweler locally who vouched for it's quality. The staff are all wonderful and patient no matter how many options I want to try. Thank you to Alison and her staff.

Bought a Rose Garden personalised double heart pendant. 4 names engraved on it which are clear to read and very well engraved. Customer service was first class. Staff member took time to draw out the heart shapes and helped to place the names in the most appropriate order, staying with me till transaction complete, nothing was a problem and on collection of the pendant it was beautifully packaged. Delighted with this totally unique to me Alison Moore pendant.

Purchased an Amythyst ring from the Story Book Collection for my partners birthday. The ring is beautifully crafted and the stone is stunning ! My partner loves the ring ! As ever the customer service was first class. I have purchased 3 items from this collection and every piece is lovely and really well made. I would highly recommend Alison Moore Jewellery.

I discovered Alison Moore Designs when I was visiting Orkney last year. The showroom in Dounby is beautiful, full of lovely jewellery. I only had time to make a quick purchase, but since returning home I have twice ordered from the website. The orders come very quickly and are beautifully packaged. Oh and most importantly the items are lovely, well made, look lovely and enable me to remember my favourite holiday. I'll be back in Orkney next year and I'll definitely be back in the shop, for longer this time.
