        Everything about Upper Instabillie is first class; the house is elegant, comfortable and full of charm, the views are absolutely stunning and the location is right in the middle of everything we love about the Orkneys - wildlife, history and coastal walks. On a warm, sunny day, everything opens up to either views or the courtyard. When it's cold, wet and windy, the house is quiet and cosy. It is perhaps the best holiday house we've stayed in - just lovely.
