The wife and I visited the Pyet restaurant (formerly the Old Bakehouse) in West Linton last night. It was brilliant. What a terrific hidden gem of a place. The food was simply amazing and it was the attention to detail and excellent service (thanks Pauline) that really made the difference. The chef Jordan came out and chatted which was very nice. This is a highly recommended family-run business set in cosy and intimate environment. We left very satisfied and well fed!

We had a truly lovely visit to The Pyet during our stay in West Linton and cant recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic food, good wine, super-friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. Were trying to fit in another visit before we leave. Well done team!

The wife and I visited the Pyet restaurant (formerly the Old Bakehouse) in West Linton last night. It was brilliant. What a terrific hidden gem of a place.
