I recently decided to treat myself to a quality timepiece, as a retirement gift to myself, and subsequently spent many hours online exploring my options. Something about Glenbryde stood out from the many other websites I visited, and Im glad to say that my intuition was rewarded when I eventually contacted them for further information and advice. Alisdair was extremely patient in taking time to answer all the questions I had, prior to my making a decision and placing an order. The ordering and delivery process was very efficient, with regular updates, and a little over a week later I took possession of a really stunning Hermle Regulator wall clock - not bad from Germany to Cheshire via Scotland! Glenbryde and Alisdair have got this spot on - an excellent new-world online presence, coupled with old-world customer service values. I have always wanted to own a chiming, mechanical clock, and after extensive research, I found a Hermle wall clock which was just what I had hoped for. Realising I may need advice and support to maintain my new purchase, I chose Glenbryde Quality Clocks as my supplier.
