I booked my car in for a full service, MOT and asked Scott to find the radio serial number (he agreed), giving 3 weeks notice. Called at 4pm to hear that only the MOT was underway and there was just time to do an oil service not a full service as requested. Picked up the car to find that they had not bothered to look for the radio serial number as agreed. As a longstanding, repeat customer I don't appreciate being treated as second class particularly as a disabled, older woman. I will not be back.
