The Kandy Bar

Been to this kandy bar 3-4 times now and to be fair the first 2 or 3 times were good. Enjoyed the food and friendly staff. Sadly todays wasnt like that. The young girl that served us has the personality of a goldfish. To add to that I paid 60p to add salad to my roll. Which if Im honest is too much but when I opened it to find shredded iceberg lettuce and one slice of cucumber I think is shocking. The worst part was the tiny amount of tuna spread very thinly across the rolls. If this is the new standard we sadly wont be back. 10 for 4 sparse tuna rolls and iceberg lettuce is shocking.

Bought some of your Scotch Pies last month and put them in the freezer at our home in Derbyshire. We had them today. Very nice and tasty. Look forward to getting some more when we are back in West Kilbride in July. Lovely shop with great food!

Staff need some training on customer service. If you want served with a smile, by pass this Kandy bar. My sister in law went in for our lunch and I have never heard anything like it with the service she received and I thought my previous visit was bad. Gladly drive to Largs for a greggs. I suggest you send in a secret shopper to see how badly the service is!
