Filpumps drilled us a 100m deep borehole for the ground source heating system in our new bungalow in Rora. At 30m, they hit water, but it was going to be too close to the neighbour's septic tank drain to be used. Alas. (We spent 4000 getting a mains water supply) Drilling the hole cost us 6000. Sugplumb put in a CTC 400 heat pump. And we have underfloor heating. Cost of these totalled 13,000 The whole system heats beautifully, 21C throughout the whole house, no cold spots. Compressor takes 2kw when on, for an average 6 hours in 24. We are so happy! Service: Oil & gas well drilling

Filpumps specced, supplied and installed a borehole water filter package for my new build house. From initial inquiry to final installation they were knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout. In particular, the engineers installing the system could not have been more professional, supportive and helpful. A great experience.
