        Do not trust this business, if getting a quote for work make sure to GET IT IN WRITING. Went in to collect my car and was charged TWICE the amount quoted by the owner. All the while the vehicle repair also took twice as long as originally quoted, the time I was told my vehicle would be ready for shifted multiple times with no contact from the garage, I had to phone to confirm it was ready only to be told every time that it wasn't and a new, no more accurate, timescale to be given. When queried about the price being twice what was quoted the advisor's customer service skills were abismal. The owner was too busy to see me and take ownership of what was clearly a mistake. Until now have been a long standing customer but I could not now recommend this business to anyone given the lack of accountability or basic customer service skills. Would now actively steer people away from this business. Service: Body & Trim
