Poppy

Really disappointed in Poppy Floral and their poor service and communication. They agreed to deliver flowers for our wedding, but then completely stopped replying to us. They stopped replying to my emails, and we couldn't get in touch with them over the phone either. We left voicemails and never received a call back. We felt really let down by them and gave up trying to contact them. They left us with so much unnecessary stress with such short notice for us to arrange another florist.

Huge thank you to you Lyn for the beautiful flowers that you did for my sister-in-law last week AND you managed to get them out to her on Friday. The flowers really made my sister-in-law's day and I really appreciate you going above and beyond to deliver them on the Friday. Would definitely use your services again and would recommend you to friends and family. Thank you.

A HUGE thank you to the lady who took her time to answer my phone call on a Sunday after so many other flower shops in Dunfermline let me down the day before & took my order of arranging a bouquet of flowers to be sent to a newly married couple. The flowers are the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement I've ever set my eyes on and I order quite a lot from flower shops I can't express how much I appreciate the work and care that went into such an amazing arrangement Thank you, Poppy flower shop, everyone do not hesitate to contact them for weddings etc Blown away is not the word.
