        David MacMurchie is a world class bagpipe maker and he's very generous with his time, knowledge and skills. Highly recommend getting him to make you a custom set of pipes.

        I purchased my Macmurchie bagpipes in 1995 and they have served me well over the years. Recently, I have needed some work done on some damaged projecting mounts. I contacted Blue to see if he could help fix the damage. Even though the job was not straight forward and required a huge amount of patience and only the skilled hand a master craftsman can deliver, Blue didn't shy away from the task. He remained in contact throughout and I received regular updates on the progress. I got my pipes back today looking just as good as the day I first got them, to say I am happy with the work, service and attention to detail is an understatement, there aren't enough stars to reflect just how pleased I am with Blue's service. Thank you Blue!

        Blue is a true gent and it fails me how someone could leave a one star review and no explanation. Blues pipes and chanters are fantastic, he responds quickly to emails, is a friendly bloke and obviously knowledgeable. 5 stars all day every day .
