Fabulous personalised tour for our family of five, including three teens! Richard was a conscientious and fact-filled driver, and it was a joy to be free of all the stress of route planning and driving.... allowing us to relax and watch the scenery and really enjoy our trip through the highlands and Skye. We loved all the stories and personal touches, as well as the flexibility to modify the itinerary based on teen energy. Richard found some great hole in the wall spots for us and was always game for a photobomb! Would definitely use them again

A group of 8 freinds first time in Glasgow. Contacted Tracy for the perfect day, asked for a bit of everything. Sites, Outlander, Castles local food and good whisky. Could not have been more perfect. Graham was the perfect tour guide and went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Highly recommend.

In 2019, I began planning an adventure for me and one of my best friends. We both love Outlander so when we decided to go to Scotland, we knew we wanted to do an Outlander specific itinerary. I started the search for tour companies and stumbled upon Scottish Terrier Tours. And from the initial reaching out process, the owners, Graeme & Tracy were warm, attentive, and helpful. They put together an amazing 4 day itinerary based on places we said we wanted to see while also using their expertise to add in more places they knew we needed to experience. We were meant to travel to Scotland in May 2020 but we all know how that turned out. They were amazing about rescheduling. And now, 2 years later, the trip was finally able to take place. We flew to Glasgow and awaited our guide. We were told our guide, Hugh, would pick us up at our hotel. And from the moment he arrived, it was pretty much love at first sight. Just like the company he was representing, he was warm and lovely from the get go. And he also had us dying laughing more often than not. Our guide, Glencoeoh, I mean Hugh (sorry, we now have inside jokes with him) is a wealth of information about all things Scotland. We learned so much along the way. But we could also just chit chat about any and all topics as we drove along the Scottish countryside from place to place. To say Scotland is beautiful is an understatement. Its a magical place. And having someone who so clearly loves his job and his country made it that much more of a special experience. One of my favorite parts of traveling is meeting people and finding out how they live their lives. Forget the Dos Equis guy! Hugh might just be the most interesting man in the world. We loved hearing about his world travels & getting to hear about and then see some of his most beloved spots in Scotland. I could do on and on and on. That quote about how traveling is the only thing you buy that makes you richer, is so very true. I love making new friends while abroad and creating an international family. My friend and I both feel like Hugh is now a member of that family. And none of it would have been possible if not for Scottish Terrier Tours. I am so grateful to them for planning the best four days of fun! It was very hard to leave Scotland. But I know I will return one day! So if youre looking for a tour company for your trip to Scotland, do yourself a favor and book with Scottish Terrier Tours. Thank you Graeme, Tracy & Hugh! A piece of my heart now belongs to Scotland!
