Took Banjo to Eric for set up as it was not quite right when I bought it from the shop in Glasgow. Eric set it up for me and it's playing great. Charge was 25 worth every penny and that's half what the shop would charge, would definitely recommend.

I came looking for advice on lowering the string action on my Ibanez Talman TCY12E Electroacoustic. After talking it over on the phone, I provided my guitar and a new set of strings, and received it back later that same day. My guitar now has a wonderful low action thanks to a thoughtful modification to the bridge. All of the string buzzing I had beforehand is gone. Eric is wise, patient and enthusiastic. We talked at length over my own ideas, and I value that as much as the work on the guitar itself.

I was looking to resuscitate my old electric guitar which had been gathering dust and had the great fortune of finding Erics website. Eric accommodated me the same day and had my guitar professionally setup in a couple of hours. The guitar sounds great. He also very kindly supplied me with a new tremolo arm which I had lost. Thanks again Eric and look forward to using your service again in the near future.
