        I have contacted this man twice to see about a gate. I have had no reply.to date. It's downright bad manners. He could have acknowledged and have the balls to let me know I live in the wrong postcode. Giving you one star, because you can't post without leaving at least one star. It's really no stars from me. Doesn't say much for your reliability.

        I required the.services of a blacksmith yesterday for a business related matter and received a first class service from Neil in a warm and friendly manner. Hoping simply to have a broken rod within an old lock brazed or welded, Neil surpassed all expectations by producing a complete replacement part. It all works perfectly Neil, thank you very much
