What can i say but do not use this firm. They are crooks! We spent months discussing the project. When they turned up James let his "dad" get on with some stuff ... they basically wrecked two floors and work tops in our house. The microcement they were employed to lay and grind back consisted of them simply splashing paint around on our bare screed. They didnt fill holes they left door edges bare and rough, they simply painted over cracks instead of the work that was promised. When we challenged them as I had specifically said please do not use any black James shouted at me in a sarcastic voice and said "oh no.. thats right dont USE ANY BLACK - I HAVE HEARD IT A THOUSAND TIMES" I was so upset that we asked them to go.. as they were leaving and we were trying to clear up I found tubs of black paint. The father is in my opinion a liability- he wrecked beams in our house and for a man who is very deaf - ironically when he could hear refused to listen. Seriously do not use these people. We have emails where they promised to pay us back and of course suprise suprise have not. Absolutely despicable firm!

James has just completed our kitchen top, along with matching flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, both look stunning! Complete professional service from start to finish. Couldnt be happier!

Do not trust James or this company... they have let me down and bare-faced lied to me several times, costing me thousands. My wife and I have had them booked in for several months to complete a micro topper for our new build. After numerous no shows to site meetings, numerous questionable excuses for not replying to emails or calls, he has just told me he cant do my job. 5 days before he is meant to start. After promising he would be on site and had material and accommodation booked... both clearly lies. Stupidly we have always given the benefit of the doubt. They have been given several opportunities to let me know they couldnt do the job, which would have allowed me to book another company. Now, cancelling 5 days before the job I cant move into my new house for months until I find another company, which will cost me thousands in rent and storage costs. Unfortunately for us, we can only state that these guys are clearly not to be trusted.
