        Having spend years fighting with the mobile operators, and losing, great to have a company that is effective at managing your account without having to speak directly to them. Recently had an over-charged issue that Gemma sorted quickly (and painlessly for me), and we received back more that questioned, which was fantastic.

        Awful company. Have been over charging me for over a year and when trying to resolve had nothing but attitute from staff. Have been a customer for over 4 years and for the accelerated price you pay for "service" you do not expect mishaps and attitude in return. Avoid at all costs.
