        I had a property that needed a full refurbishment and had water damage caused by a leak. My local property buyer assured me this wasnt an issue for them and after making an appointment they viewed the property and made an offer the next day. Im glad I never had to refurbish the property like I was recommended by a local estate agent before putting on the open market. Ive now moved on to my new place a would recommend the to anyone looking for a quick sale on their house especially if its in poor condition like mines was.

        Contacted the company regarding a family members rental property they had decided to sell as had moved too far away to manage themselves. David arranged access with the tenant and made an offer within a couple of days which was accepted. Easy process for seller and tenant remained as part of the sale!
