We were having issues with our office systems. We thought they were related to the printer but turns out this wasn't the case. Still, our case was not simply dismissed. Scott helped us anyway and we got all our systems working again thanks to his kindness and helpfulness. We would like to give him a massive thank you from all the team at Dyer & Co!

I have used Document Data Group for my printing / toner needs for the last 6 months. The set up service was excellent, they arrived and had everything up and working in minutes. The kit is very good and works perfectly for my business. On a couple of occasions I have needed to call their helpdesk and they have resolved the issue very quickly. Not only is the product and the service excellent it removes the stress and worry of what happens if or when something goes wrong. I know that a quick phonecall will have everything resolved and I dont even think about any of this anymore. In the past I was forever having to stock toner and thinking what if something doesnt work. I 100% recommend Document Data Group to any business (small or large) whatever your printing needs.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention for Dougie and Lynne who have both went above and beyond helping out at different times.
