        this post is only about the new owners not the old owners as they were very professional dog was left in parlour expecting him back in an hour as he takes fits but got a phone call 3 hours and 15 mins later saying the reason for delays is our bath isnt fully working that could happen but they couldnt cut the dogs toenails as the clippers were blunt and was told to come back tomorrow but still charged us 35 for just a dog wash and a horrific cut , the staff was very cheeky and not welcoming the shop was very unhigenic and when getting the dog back she aggressively through our poor dog on the counter .
